By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Website information
Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice. Photos show examples of past work and do not guarantee identical results. Wood grain, color, weathering, site conditions, and material availability may affect the finished project.
Estimates and service agreements
A website inquiry does not create a contract. Pricing, scope, materials, timelines, payment terms, warranties, and other project details are governed only by the written estimate or service agreement accepted by Rideau Fencing and the customer.
Property and project responsibilities
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, the property owner is responsible for confirming property boundaries, deed restrictions, HOA requirements, permits, access, and other approvals. Utility locating requirements must be completed before work begins.
Intellectual property
The Rideau Fencing name, logo, website design, text, and original images are owned by Rideau Fencing, LLC or used with permission. They may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without written permission.
Limitation of website liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rideau Fencing is not liable for damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website. This limitation does not replace any rights or obligations contained in an accepted service agreement.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
